A phased Business Central rollout across three entities, paired with a real-time WebStore integration that automates order-to-cash from storefront to ERP.
To replace a patchwork of disconnected systems with a single cloud-based financial and operational backbone. That meant rolling out Dynamics 365 Business Central across three entities, a US operating company, and a consolidation company for group reporting, layered with mandatory customizations and automation-driven workflows, and connecting Cho nail's online WebStore directly to the ERP for an automated order-to-cash flow.
Cho nail now runs its US and Canadian operations on one cloud ERP with unified, real-time visibility. WebStore orders, customers, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and tracking flow automatically between the storefront and Business Central; intercompany and consolidation deliver group-level statements on demand, and a phased, customization-ready build gives the business room to scale.
Cho nail, a beauty and personal-care brand that sells professional-quality nail and beauty products across both B2B (Salons) and B2C (Retail Home Customers) channels through modern home-shopping and wholesale channels, engaged Folio3 to build a cloud ERP and connected eCommerce backbone as the business scaled. Folio3 delivered two complementary workstreams under one program: a phased Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud) implementation across three entities, with mandatory customizations and automation-driven workflows, and a real-time WebStore integration built on Folio3's BURQ iPaaS connector. Business Central was stood up across Development, Staging/UAT, and Production environments, configured across the full finance and operations stack, and loaded through a controlled, UAT-signed-off data migration. The BURQ iPaaS connector then linked the storefront and the ERP through nine automated data flows, from product sync to returns and refunds, with payment settlement reflected against orders. The result is a clean financial foundation and an automated order-to-cash flow that connects the storefront directly to the ERP.

A patchwork of disconnected tools, with financials, inventory, and order data living across separate systems
Growth ambitions were constrained by fragmented tooling and manual processes. The challenges fell into two categories.
Core financials, inventory, and order data lived across separate tools, forcing staff to reconcile by hand and limiting a clear, real-time view of the business.
Cho nail needed accounting and financial management built from the ground up to support planned growth, including standard financial statements, tax handling, and fixed-asset tracking.
Operating across US and Canadian entities created a need for intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting that manual processes could not support reliably.
Keeping the online storefront and the back office in sync, across orders, customers, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, returns, and refunds, was time-consuming and error-prone when handled manually.
Master data and opening balances had to be loaded accurately through standardized templates, with opening balances staged in UAT for sign-off before any move to production.
Folio3 layered targeted customizations and automations on top of Business Central rather than a purely out-of-the-box deployment, meeting Cho nail's multi-entity and connected-commerce needs.
Dynamics 365 Business Central deployed across three entities and three environments, with the full finance and operations stack: general ledger, finance, tax, banking, fixed assets, purchasing and payables, sales and receivables, inventory, warehouse, and assembly.
Template-driven master data and opening balances, staged and reconciled in UAT and signed off before the controlled move to production.
The connector links the WebStore and Business Central through nine automated, logged data flows spanning products, inventory, pricing, orders, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds, with payment settlement reflected against orders.
Standardized test cases, assisted UAT, recorded training and user guides, a four-week post-go-live Hypercare window, and a transition to an annual support and SLA arrangement.

Built the BURQ iPaaS WebStore integration, delivering nine two-way data flows with order splitting for third-party fulfillment, tracking write-back, returns, refunds, and payment settlement.
Directed assisted UAT with standardized test cases and training, took the group live, ran a four-week Hypercare window, and transitioned to the annual support and SLA arrangemen
One cloud ERP replaced Cho nail's disparate systems, giving unified, real-time visibility across US and Canadian operations.
Staging opening balances in UAT for sign-off before production meant the books started clean and reconciled at go-live.
Orders, customers, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and tracking now flow automatically between the storefront and Business Central, removing manual re-entry and the errors that came with it.
BURQ iPaaS dashboards, logs, and health analytics give the team continuous insight into every sync for quick issue resolution.
Order splitting for third-party-fulfilled items and automated tracking write-back streamlined fulfillment and keep customers consistently informed.
A phased build with purpose-built customizations and a modular connector lets Cho nail extend endpoints, entities, or capabilities with minimal disruption.
Intercompany and consolidation capabilities produce consolidated financial statements without manual roll-ups.
Hypercare and an annual SLA carried Cho nail smoothly from go-live into steady-state operations.
