Deployment & Rollout Plan
- The update window spans October 2025 to February 28, 2026.
- New cloud customers will receive Update 27.0 automatically.
- Existing cloud tenants will be notified and can schedule the upgrade during the window.
- On-premises customers must evaluate prerequisites, compatibility, and sequence (e.g. older versions require stepping through intermediates).
