WooCommerce AX Integration
for the Largest Maple Syrup Producers
in Canada.

ABOUT CITADELLE:

Based in Quebec, Canada, Citadelle is the largest cooperative of sugar maple growers and maple syrup producers active in maple syrup and maple product manufacturing, processing, and marketing.

The Problem:

Citadelle required an integration between their WooCommerce web store and Microsoft Dynamics AX so that Customers, Products, Inventory, Pricing, Orders, Payments, Shipments, and Store credit related information can be synced between the two platforms.

The Solution:

Folio3 implemented the Dynamics AX WooCommerce Connector in the production environment of Citadelle.
The AX-WooCommerce integration scope covered the following out of box functionalities:

1. CRM:

The following tasks were integrated into the Customer module from WooCommerce to AX:

• Create and update customer profiles
• Create and upgrade billing address
• Create and upgrade shipping address

2. ORDER:

The following task was integrated into the Order module from
WooCommerce to AX:

• Sales order creation

The following tasks were integrated in the Order module from AX to WooCommerce:

• Fulfillment status
• Fulfilled
• Payment status
• Authorized
• Paid
• Sales order cancellation

3. PRODUCTS & INVENTORY:

The following tasks were integrated into Product & Inventory module from AX to WooCommerce:

• Simple product creation and update
• Price
• Weight
• Inventory update
• Quantity
• Configurable products creation and update
• Dimension

4. PAYMENTS:

The following task was integrated into the Payments module from WooCommerce to AX:

• Payment methods
• Credit card

5. SHIPPING:

The following task was integrated into the Payments module from WooCommerce to AX:

• Shipping method

• Shipping status update
• Create Shipping tracking number, date, carrier name & service

6. DISCOUNTS:
