See where you team members are all times with the app’s GPS based location tracking. Automatically schedule work orders from your AX ERP and push them directly to your technicians’ devices. View individual or team assignments, track open work order requests and get automated alerts for work orders needing approval.

Superior Customer
Service

Capture customer signatures for job completion and service sign-up forms directly on your mobile device via electronic sign-off and have them transferred immediately to your AX ERP, eliminating the need for paper-based processes.

Complete Offline
Access

No more worrying about network connectivity! The app automatically detects if data connectivity is available and seamlessly accesses and saves data either locally on the device or directly on your Dynamics AX server. Any changes or updates you make while offline are automatically synced with the Dynamics AX ERP when network coverage is restored.

Deployment

AX Field Services mobile solution supports two models for deployment

On-Premise Model

Using this model, the middleware can be deployed to a Windows Server instance running IIS server which could natively connect to Dynamics AX.

Cloud Model

The app can be deployed on cloud services like Azure. The Middleware hosted in Azure can connect to the AX server using the secure Azure Service Bus.
